✨ 30 SCHOLARSHIP SLOTS AVAILABLE!

This program aims to support deserving tertiary students in pursuing their education and achieving their dreams. If you meet the qualifications below, this opportunity may be for you! 🎓

📌 QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must:
• Be a Filipino citizen and a bona fide resident of Barangay Abella
• Have only one (1) student per household who may qualify
• Possess good moral character
• Be currently enrolled in any private tertiary institution
• Be a registered voter of Barangay Abella
• Have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of not lower than 85%, with no failing grades in any subject
• Have parents/guardians with a gross annual income not exceeding ₱180,000.00
• Be able to submit and complete all requirements within the prescribed period
• Be willing to render time and participate in various SK Abella activities as required of scholars

📑 REQUIREMENTS
• Application Form
• 1 copy of Matriculation with officially enrolled stamp (authenticated)
• 1 copy of ID, back-to-back (authenticated)
• 1 copy of grades from the last semester with signature of the Registrar or Dean
• 1 copy of Voter’s Certificate

Pinadagos an pagbuo kan satuyang Barangay Youth Development Council (BYDC) kan August 9, 2026 sa Abella Barangay Hall kun sain satuyang inimbitaran sina SK Federation President Hon. Jefson Felix asin Naga City People's Council Executive Director, Mr. Lorrybel Nachor para magtaong dagdag kaaram sa kajovenan asin mapakusog an binubuong konseho. Apwera igdi, nagkaigwa man nin budget consultation asin election.

An aktibidad na ini pig-attenderan kan satuyang mga jovenes na hali sa manlaenlaen na sector.

Nag-tiripon an mga opisyales kan SKK asin Youth Organization sa satuyang barangay kan July 20, 2026 para pag ulayan pagbuo kan Barangay Youth Development Council (BYDC). Ini kasunod kan naipasa na ordinansa kan ciudad na nag o-obliga sa mga barangay na magkaigwa nin konseho na masirbing boses kan jovenes sa barangay. Magkakaigwa nin utrong pagtiripon sa August 9 para sa saindang eleksyon, capacity building, asin iba pang diskusyon.

Saro pa sa pinag-ulayan an eleksyon kan SKK Officer asin iba pang pag-urulay.

Mechanics:
1. Participants from the LGBTQIA+ community shall create a TikTok transition video aligned with the theme "Transitions of Culture".
2. Video duration should be between 30 and 60 seconds only.
3. Participants must register first via the GForm link (6 participants only).
4. Entries must be submitted through GDrive within the specified deadline.
5. Offensive, discriminatory, or any inappropriate content shall result in disqualification. The decision of the judges shall be final and irrevocable.
