Subagong pagka-aga ginibo kan City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council an premerong meeting kaini para sa taon 2025 sa PAGCOR Multipurpose Evacuation Center kun sain tinukar asin pinasar an 6 na resolusyon.

1. Pagkakaigwa kan CDRRMC-Naga City Seal asin an panundon kan paggamit kaini

2. Pagkakaigwa nin DRRM Information and Cooperation Network kan mga Eskwelahan sa Naga.

3. Pag-develop kan CDRRMC webpage na maserbing repository of knowledge asin information hub kan mga plano, polisiya, stratehiya, mga research, program, proyekto asin aktibidad sa DRRM kaiba an mga records kan paggasto kan fundo.

4. Panundon sa accreditation kan Community Disaster Volunteers asin Volunteer Mobilizing Organizations

5. Flood Response Protocol and Early Warning System

6. Pagtagama kan mga tadang fundo asin donasyon para sa mga PPAs na dapat kumplehon kan syudad sa mas pang pagpapusog kan kapasidad kan response clusters, asin komunidad sa paghampang sa mga kalamidad.

Magkakaigwa naman nin review kan LDRRMP susog sa EO ni Mayor Nelson Legacion asin Workshop Training sa masunod na semana para hamanon an public service continuity plan.

NOTICE TO DRRM SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Please submit your proposals for supply or service offerings directly to the City Procurement Office (CPO). Clear instructions were made that no CDRRMO personnel are authorized to entertain proposals or directly arrange with suppliers, except in cases of emergency or crisis when warranted. The designated point of contact will always be the CPO.

All procurement negotiations will be conducted through the BAC. The CDRRMO will only be involved if the CPO/BAC requires our input as the end-user to assess the specifications and responsiveness of proposals, bid offers, or quotations based on duly approved purchase requests.

𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗔 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦.

Based on the agreement made by the Incident Management Team of Camarines Sur and Naga City Health Emergency Response Team, the following guidelines shall be adopted on the entry of individuals to Naga City from other regions:

a. Naga City bound individuals shall be required to present to the Screening Team the following to be granted access and be given a pass-through slip:

3. Valid Identification Card

b. Only an original copy of negative RT-PCR test taken through oro/nasopharyngeal swabbing shall be honored by the Naga City Screening Team in Del Gallego to be exempt from the fourteen (14) day quarantine requirement. RT-PCR tests are valid within 48 hours from the time the specimen was taken.

c. Saliva RT-PCR Tests processed by the Philippine Red Cross shall be honored until 12:01 a.m. of March 29, 2021.

d. Persons traveling to Naga City through the Naga City Airport shall be subject to the entry protocols of the Camarines Sur Provincial Government being the LGU having jurisdiction over the said airport.

e. Negative RT-PCR tests of returning overseas Filipinos shall be honored even it exceeds the 48 hours validity period if travel to Naga City is organized by OWWA and person is included in the travel manifest.

f. Those without valid negative RT-PCR test results shall be required to undergo fourteen (14) days quarantine in a city-controlled facility if symptomatic or at home or hotel if asymptomatic.

g. Government officials and employees must be able to present agency identification cards and approved travel order and itinerary to be granted access and be exempt from the required 14-day quarantine.

Segun sa kahagadan kan Metro Naga Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) na satuyang partner sa pag-establisar kan e-Salvar, satuyang pinagmarhay na tawan nin dagdag na oras an ibang mga establisyementos para sinda magin handa sa pormal na implementasyon kan ordinansa.

Imbes na Oktubre a-18, sa Noviembre a-1 na po an puon kan pormal na implementasyon kan e-Salvar Contact Tracing App sa gabos na establisyemento asin edificio sa Ciudad nin Naga.
