LOOK: Naga City Police Office's newly appointed Officer-in-Charge PCOL Rizaldy L Caballero before the Naga City People's Law Enforcement Board.

During the PLEB's regular meeting earlier today, PCOL Caballero attended for a courtesy call on the board. PCOL Caballero also laid out his action plans as OIC of the police force in Naga City, which are centered on dismantling the illegal drugs network in the city.

PCOL Caballero is born and raised in Bgy. Sabang, Naga City. He is an anti-drug enforcement officer for a decade now. He served as Commander of the Special Operations Unit of the PNP Drug Enforcement Group before he was assigned in Naga as NCPO OIC.
