We regret to inform everyone that the planned opening on June 6,2026 - 4PM may not proceed due to the insufficient number of registered teams and incomplete submission of required documents.

However, the opening will still push through as scheduled if all pre-registered teams complete and submit their requirements on or before June 2, 2026, 4pm.

2. Team Profile ( with picture )
3. Entry Fee
Under 18 - 1,000 php
Junior - 1,500 php
Senior - 2,000 php

(Screening will also happen on the day of submission of team profile)

Requirements:
- Must have 12-15 players, 1 Coach, 1 Team Captain & 1 Muse.
- Must be a bonafide/ child of resident of Brgy. Santiago Old, Nabua for at least 6 months prior to the opening date.
- Team profile must be submitted by the Team Captain/Coach.
- Original copy of birth certificate / Valid ID with Brgy. Santiago Old as address.
(SK Officials will be the one to photocopy)
