We are pleased to inform the constituents of Barangay Topas Proper that Barangay Ordinance No. 1, Series of 2025, entitled:

“An Ordinance Providing Financial Assistance to All Graduating College Students of Barangay Topas Proper, Nabua, Camarines Sur, and Providing Funds Thereof,”

has been duly approved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Nabua.

This ordinance, sponsored by Hon. Raymart P. Reginales, aims to provide financial assistance to all graduating college students of Barangay Topas Proper as recognition of their hard work, perseverance, and academic achievement.

This initiative reflects the continued commitment of the Sangguniang Barangay to support education and empower the youth of our community.

Investing in education is investing in a brighter future.

May natagpuang plate number na 396 ECZ sa Lakas Tama Motorshop sa Topas Proper, Nabua, Camarines Sur. Ito ay naiturn over na sa Barangay Hall ng nasabing barangay. Maari po itong kunin sa Barangay Hall ng Topas Proper.

Pakibahagi na rin po upang makarating sa may-ari. Maraming salamat!

OPISYAL NA PAHAYAG | Paglilinaw at Paumanhin sa Graduating College Financial Assistance

Nais po naming tugunan ang mga hinaing at katanungan kaugnay ng hindi pa naipapamahaging Graduating College Financial Assistance sa Barangay Topas Proper na iniuugnay sa Sangguniang Kabataan (SK).

Upang malinaw na maituwid ang isyu, ang pondong nakalaan para sa nasabing college financial assistance ay HINDI nagmula sa SK budget. Ang pondo ay mula sa tanggapan ni Hon. Rommel Samarista, Barangay Kagawad at Committee Chair on Education.

Ang SK ng Topas Proper ay tumulong lamang sa naturang programa sa pamamagitan ng pangangalap at pag-aayos ng mga kinakailangang requirements ng mga benepisyaryo bilang suporta sa inisyatibong pang-edukasyon ng barangay.

Dahil dito, taos-puso at buong pagpapakumbabang humihingi ng paumanhin si Hon. Rommel Samarista sa lahat ng mga benepisyaryo sa hindi inaasahang pagkaantala ng pamamahagi ng tulong pinansyal. Siya po ay magalang na humihiling ng kaunting panahon upang tuluyang maayos at maibigay ang nasabing pondo. Nais naming ipabatid na patuloy ang ginagawang hakbang upang maisakatuparan ito sa lalong madaling panahon.

Kami po ay humihingi ng inyong malawak na pang-unawa, pasensya, at kooperasyon, at umaasa sa patuloy ninyong tiwala at suporta.

This Christmas season, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Topas Proper shared the true spirit of giving through the eSKwela Kit program, distributing 100 school supply kits to selected elementary pupils of Topas Impact School.

More than just supplies, these kits carry hope, encouragement, and support for our young learners, because every child deserves a bright start, especially this season of love and generosity.
