With the theme β€œBayanihan Para sa Matatag na Paaralan,” this year’s BE underscored the country’s volunteer initiatives to ensure a clean, safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment for learners and teaching and non-teaching personnel, and strengthen resiliency of schools and basic education.

Joaquin Miguel A. ParaΓ±al, son of ARCH.CLIFFORD PARAΓ‘AL and SHIELA MARIE PARAΓ‘AL , celebrates his birthday by giving away gifts in barangay San Vicente Ogbon Nabua Camarines Sur.

JM turned 18 years old last August 06, 2023 but instead of holding a big celebration, he chose to buy gifts ( rice) and be able to share it to the residents of Barangay San Vicente.

"Maraming salamat po ARCH.CLIFFORD PARAΓ‘AL sa walang sawang pamimigay ng blessing sa amin, malaking tulong na po ito sa bawat pamilya dito sa ating barangay" constituents said.

Other said,"Yung anak ni ARCH. CLIFFORD and Ma'am Shiela ang nag birthday, na dapat siya ang regaluhan pero kame pa ang inyong binigyan, salamat po!"

LOOK: A happy day took place on July 31, 2023, where our compatriots who are members of the SAN VICENTE OGBON NABUA Persons with Disability Federation (DQPWDF) led by the President Mrs. Annie Sadicon joined the celebration of the 45th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week with the theme "Accessibility and Rights of people with disabilities: Road to a sustainable future that leaves no one behind".

A feature of the celebration was the various activities that were conducted and distribution of Rice Assistance for PWDs and TEAM NONOY headed by ARCH. CLIFFORD PARAΓ‘AL with his family also share a gift to all the PWDs members.

The purpose of this activity is to continue to strengthen the rights of people with disabilities in our country and will serve as a reminder that disability is not an obstacle to success and not to lose hope in life.

TEAM NONOY grant Native Bamboo Roller Blinds and Paints at San Vicente Elementary School

Native bamboo roller blinds was requested by the leadership of Mrs. Edlyn Tigue Prades and the paints for picket fence requested also by the Principal Mr. Daniel Gastilo to the team especially to Arch. Clifford ParaΓ±al and did not hesitate to grant her request .

This Bamboo roller blinds create a natural and tropical atmosphere in the waiting area.It provide excellent protection from the sun, heat, noise, wind and privacy. This blinds are designed to create privacy and intimacy while still allowing light to enter.It is beneficial to all the parents while waiting on their children,to end the school hours every school days.

Paint is used to paint in the picket fence of San Vicente Elementary School.

This was taken during the celebration of National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week, held last July 31, 2022 at Victor Bernal High School, Brgy. San Vicente Ogbon, Nabua, Cam. Sur.

The family of ARCH. Clifford ParaΓ±al supports and share numerous items such as wheelchairs, crutches, grocery packs, umbrellas and many more.

This helped them convenient to use in their daily life.
