The Province of Camarines Sur will conduct a Public Hearing on the Proposed 2027 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for Real Properties.
"In compliance with Republic Act No. 12001, the Municipal Assessor's Office has prepared the Proposed 2027 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for all real properties within our jurisdiction. This schedule reflects prevailing market conditions, valuation standards, and ensures fairness and transparency in property assessments. We invite property owners, taxpayers, and other stakeholders to attend and participate. This is your opportunity to review the proposed SMV and provide comments or suggestions before final adoption. The final SMV will serve as the official basis for property valuation and taxation in accordance with national standards.
