NEPC, a Filipino-owned enterprise, attained official recognition from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the 5th of June, 2023. Our corporate headquarters is located in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines.

At the core of our mission lies a commitment to strategically invest, acquire, possess, hold, develop, manage, and operate projects encompassing power distribution, generation, energy, and power utility domains. Moreover, we actively explore supplementary ventures that complement our primary objectives.

NEPC operates seamlessly as a subsidiary under the banner of PRIMELECTRIC HOLDINGS, INC. Our establishment is firmly rooted in the pursuit of fostering symbiotic alliances with fellow distribution utilities, with a particular emphasis on the electric cooperative sector.

NEPC, a sister company of MORE Electric and Power Corporation (MORE Power), played a pivotal role in the transformation of Iloilo City's electric distribution system. MORE Power, a franchised electric distribution utility, took on the responsibility of upgrading, modernizing, and rehabilitating the city's electric distribution infrastructure and services, bringing significant improvements to the region.

Attention Murciahanon!
April 14, 2026

While it is not yet a threat to our AOR and still outside of PAR, Super Typhoon Sinlaku is gaining strength while at sea. Let us be prepared though. Relocate to safe places early for flood prone and rain induced landslide prone areas, cut tall huge trees now, clear your drainage and widen it, stock enough water and food for household use for at least 3 days, secure your roof and house by making it sturdy to at least resist strong winds, prepare flashlights and extra batteries, find a safe refuge for your livestocks, have a means to monitor weather updates, and listen and obey your local officials for instructions.
