: Effective 18 May 2026, UPLB will implement a four-day onsite and one-day work-from-home arrangement.

📌Working hours will be from 8AM to 5PM

📌Monday shall be designated as the work-from-home day

📌Onsite work shall be rendered from Tuesday to Friday

📌Libraries and other academic support units are not covered by the revised work arrangement but may adopt a skeleton work force arrangement every Monday

📌Offices providing health, maintenance, and security services shall continue with their regular work schedule

Please be reminded that the UPLB Cashier’s Office, Personnel Division, and even banks will NEVER ask you to verify or update your account by clicking suspicious links sent through email or text messages. They will also NEVER ask for your password, OTP, ATM PIN, or online banking credentials.

Before clicking any link:
✔️ Verify the sender’s email address
✔️ Check announcements through official channels
✔️ Avoid entering banking information on unfamiliar websites

If you receive suspicious messages regarding your payroll, bonus, or bank account details, do not click any links and report them immediately.

Afternoon work will be suspended, while flexible arrangements will be adopted for the morning.
Moreover, units concerned with providing essential public services will retain the whole day work schedule, while the UP Philippine General Hospital is advised to release its own advisory given its unique operations.

Temporary Closure of AG Samonte Building on February 12, 2026

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,

Please be informed that the AG Samonte Building will be temporarily closed on February 12, 2026, to observe the required 24-hour reentry period following chemical treatment for flea control. The building will reopen on Friday, February 13, and regular activities may resume at that time.

Basta nasa amin na ang DVs on or before the deadline, sure na mababayaran yan. 👍

⛔ During this period, no over-the-counter payment transactions will be available.

💻 However, clients may still settle their payments online (via LinkBiz) by following the instructions posted on our bulletin board.

🕒 Regular operations for payment transactions will resume on December 1, 2025.
