ANNOUNCEMENT: Upcoming End-of-School-Year Activities and Volunteer Call
To: All SES Main Classroom Officers
We are pleased to announce the schedule for our upcoming end-of-school-year ceremonies and events. We also extend a call for volunteers to help us prepare our facilities for these important occasions.
I. Schedule of End-of-School-Year Activities:
- Graduation Ceremony:
- The Graduation Ceremony for our graduating class will be held at the Sports Complex. Further details regarding the exact date and time will be announced soon.
- Closing Party:
- A celebratory Closing Party for all students is scheduled for the morning of March 26.
- High School Recognition:
- High School students will have their Recognition Program on March 26 at 1:30 PM.
- Moving Up Ceremony (Kinder):
- Our Kinder students will participate in their Moving Up Ceremony on March 27, starting at 7:00 AM.
- Recognition Day (All Students):
- The Recognition Program for all other students (excluding High School) will commence on March 27 at 1:30 PM.
II. Call for Volunteers: Stage Preparation and Cleaning
To ensure our events are memorable and our school facilities are in their best condition, we are seeking volunteers to assist with stage preparation and general cleaning.
- Stage Painting Volunteers:
📅March 12 (Thursday) at 7:00 AM: We invite parents and guardians of students from Grades 1, 3, 5, and 6 to help us paint the stage.
📅March 13 (Friday) at 1:00 PM: We also welcome parents and guardians of students from Kinder, Grades 2, and 4 to join us for additional stage painting.
- Cleaning Materials:
- We kindly request volunteers to bring their own cleaning tools, including walis (brooms), dustpans, trashliners, and basahan (rags). Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Your active participation in these events and volunteer efforts is invaluable to the success of our school year-end celebrations. We look forward to your support.
