*Facilitate the preparation, coordination, and ex*****on of local economic and investment promotion policies, projects, and activities of the City Government of Muntinlupa
*Facilitate the establishment of an aggressive systematic, coordinated, and sustained promotion and marketing of Muntinlupa

as an investment location
*Provide basic information about the business potentials of Muntinlupa, including its services to prospective investors to attract more investors who will also attract more investments to flow in the community. Vision:

We envision Muntinlupa LEIPO as the chief local department responsible for promoting the City of Muntinlupa as an investment destination to foster inclusive growth through job generation and enterprise development.

1. To enhance the cityโ€™s competitiveness for investment through improvements in the regulatory environment
2. To implement marketing strategies which effectively highlight the cityโ€™s strengths as a business location
3. To provide assistance to prospective investors by identifying economic opportunities in the city
4. To partner with the private sector on programs, projects and activities that promote the cityโ€™s business-friendliness
5. To provide support for business startups and the development of MSMEs
6. To establish a local economic database that will cater especially to the needs of current and potential investors

: Lahat tayo may parehong 24 hours sa isang araw. Walang may 25 o 26 hours. Kaya ang tanong ay hindi kung gaano karaming oras ang meron tayo, kundi kung paano natin ito ginagamit.
Sa flag ceremony kanina, I shared ang kahalagahan ng time management. Isa sa mga paborito kong concepts ay ang Eisenhower Matrix, lalo na ang Quadrant 2: ๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜ ๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜.
Dito pumapasok ang planning. Kapag naglalaan tayo ng oras para magplano at maghanda, mas naiiwasan natin ang mga sitwasyong nagiging urgent dahil hindi napaghandaan.
Magkakaiba tayo ng responsibilidad, pero pare-pareho tayo ng oras. Kaya gamitin natin ito nang maayos, maging productive, at maglaan din ng panahon para sa mga bagay na mahalaga sa atin, kabilang ang ating pamilya.

Ang Pambansang Watawat ay simbolo ng ating kalayaan, pagkakaisa, at katatagan bilang mga Pilipino. Sa pagwagayway nito, ating ginugunita ang kasaysayan ng ating bansa at ang mga sakripisyong nagbigay daan para sa ating kalayaan.
Bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng National Flag Day, hinihikayat ang lahat na ipakita at igalang ang ating watawat sa mga tahanan, gusali, at pampublikong lugar bilang pagpapakita ng pagmamahal at malasakit sa bayan mula ika-28 ng Mayo hanggang ika-12 ng Hunyo (Araw ng Kalayaan).
