How to access the Regional LR Portal:
1. For existing users with registered account at the NCR portal, log-in using your submitted credentials.
2. For holders of DepEd email, please create an account using such email to be able to access.
3. For private schools, they may view up to 10 materials.

UPDATE: EDCOM 2 warns that repeated class suspensions due to inclement weather could further deepen the Philippines’ learning crisis.

The commission’s Executive Director, Dr. Karol Mark Yee, told ABS-CBN News that the country already loses an average of 40 to 50 instructional days annually to disruptions.

Yee said the impact is particularly concerning for younger learners (Grades 1-3), who rely more heavily on face-to-face instruction to develop basic literacy and numeracy skills.

With the school year still in its Term 1 under the 3-term calendar, and more typhoons are expected, Yee said continued disruptions into the second term will require DepEd closer monitoring and possible additional interventions to prevent further learning losses. | via Francis Orcio, ABS-CBN News

PALAWAN SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM IS NOW OPEN!📣

The Palawan Group of Companies has opened its Scholarship Program for qualified incoming first-year college students for Academic Year 2026–2027.

This program is open to qualified incoming first-year college students from Palawan, aged 17 to 21 years old, with a Grade 12 General Weighted Average of 90% or higher, good moral character, and good health.

Interested applicants are advised to prepare the following requirements:
1. Completed Online Application Form
2. Certificate of Registration for 1st Semester, AY 2026–2027
3. Grade 12 Report Card
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. Barangay Certificate of Residency or Indigency
6. Photos of yourself at home, inside and outside view

After preparing the requirements, applicants may submit them through the official application portal provided in the comment section of this post.

The application period is from June 29 to July 11, 2026.

Students are reminded that incomplete documentary requirements will not be processed and may result in automatic disqualification.

Applicants who pass the initial screening will receive further instructions through email from the Scholarship Program Management.
