A coordination meeting was conducted with our dedicated Momshies Patrol to further strengthen monitoring and engagement with beneficiaries. This initiative, led by the Muntinlupa Gender and Development Office under Mr. Reggie Salonga, Head of GAD, ensures that beneficiaries are well‑informed about the programs of the City Government of Muntinlupa and guided on their responsibilities within the Womb to Work Program.

Through this effort, the program reaffirms its commitment not only to support expectant mothers but also to extend assistance to their families. We sincerely thank our hardworking Momshies Patrol for their dedication and active participation in advancing the goals of the Womb to Work Program.

Financial assistance has been awarded to qualified Nutritionally-at-Risk (NAR) pregnant women under the Womb to Work Program, led by the Muntinlupa Gender and Development Office.

One of WWP’s key goals is to help address malnutrition and ensure that mothers, babies, and children are healthy, nourished, and given a stronger foundation for a better future. Anchored on the First 1,000 Days, the program works alongside the City Health Office-Muntinlupa and the Muntinlupa City Nutrition Committee to promote adequate nutrition and access to essential healthcare.

This initiative is also aligned with the City Government of Muntinlupa's 7K Agenda, particularly “Kalusugan,” putting the health and well-being of Muntinlupaños at the heart of the city’s priorities.

We sincerely thank Mayor Ruffy Biazon for his continued support and Ms. Trina Reyes-Biazon for her unwavering commitment to the health and welfare of mothers and children in Muntinlupa.

Together, we continue building a healthier and more productive Muntinlupa, ensuring that every Muntinlupeño is healthy, empowered and thriving at every stage of life.

A program rooted in care, support, and shared commitment, 47 eligible beneficiaries came together for the Womb to Work Program Orientation and official signing of their Commitment Forms, marking another step toward healthier pregnancies and stronger families.

Throughout the orientation, beneficiaries gained a better understanding of the programs, services, and assistance available to them throughout their pregnancy and beyond. Discussions highlighted important aspects of maternal and child health, including prenatal and postnatal care, preparation for childbirth, proper nutrition, regular health check-ups, and other services that contribute to the well-being of both mother and baby.

Alongside these discussions, beneficiaries were introduced to the different programs and services offered by the Womb to Work partner offices. These provided them with a clearer understanding of the support available to them and where they may seek assistance as they navigate pregnancy, childbirth, and the early stages of raising a family.

The official signing of the Commitment Forms marked a significant milestone in the beneficiaries’ engagement with the program. Beyond fulfilling a formal requirement, the act symbolizes a collective pledge between the beneficiaries and the City Government to collaborate in fostering healthier pregnancies, encouraging active participation and ensuring the continuous growth and well‑being of every family.

Adding meaning to the occasion, Mayor Ruffy Biazon joined the beneficiaries and expressed his continued support for initiatives that bring responsive and meaningful services closer to Muntinlupeño families. As one of the City Government’s flagship programs aligned with the 7K Agenda, Womb to Work reflects the continuing effort to uplift families through quality health services, education, livelihood opportunities and other forms of support.

In his message, supporting mothers today is also an investment in the children who will shape the future of Muntinlupa. By providing families with the support they need from pregnancy onward, the City Government of Muntinlupa seeks to help nurture a generation of Muntinlupeño children who are healthy, capable, empowered and prepared for a brighter future.

Through the continuous collaboration led by the Muntinlupa Gender and Development Office and its partner offices and departments, essential programs and services are brought closer to mothers and their families, creating a more coordinated and responsive support system throughout their journey.

With every mother reached and every family supported, Womb to Work continues to strengthen opportunities for healthier beginnings and better futures, ensuring that the care given today can help shape the lives of Muntinlupeño children in the years to come.

We congratulate all our eligible beneficiaries who successfully completed the Womb to Work Program Orientation and officially signed their Commitment Forms! 🩷

The orientation brought our mothers together to learn more about the support and services available to them through the Womb to Work Program. Important topics were also discussed, including prenatal and postnatal care, preparing for childbirth, proper nutrition during pregnancy, and the importance of regular health check-ups for the well-being of both mother and baby.

Our beneficiaries were also introduced to the various programs and services offered by the Womb to Work partner offices. Through these discussions, we hope that every mother feels more informed, supported, and confident in knowing where to turn to for assistance throughout her pregnancy and even beyond.

By signing their Commitment Forms, our beneficiaries took another meaningful step toward becoming active partners in the program. Together, we work toward healthier pregnancies, safer deliveries, and stronger and healthier families in our community.

The Womb to Work Program is made possible through the continued commitment of the City Government of Muntinlupa, led by the Muntinlupa Gender and Development Office, in partnership with the different offices and institutions dedicated to serving our mothers and families.

Together, we continue to build a community where every Muntinlupeño mother is supported, every child is given a healthy start, and every family is empowered to look forward to a brighter future.

Ang financial assistance para sa ating mga Nutritionally-at-Risk (NAR) Pregnant Women sa ilalim ng Womb to Work Program (City Ordinance No. 2025-007) ay isang programang naglalayong makatulong sa pagpapabuti ng nutritional status ng mga buntis na ina sa panahon ng kanilang pagbubuntis. Bahagi ito ng layunin ng 7K Agenda ng City Government of Muntinlupa, partikular sa ilalim ng Kalusugan, na mapabuti ang kalusugan ng mga buntis at mabawasan ang panganib ng maternal at newborn complications.

Ang mga benepisyaryo ay dumaraan sa maayos na proseso ng identification, verification, at assessment sa kani-kanilang Health Center. Ang pagsusuring ito ay isinasagawa ng ating mga Midwife at Nutritionist-Dietitian batay sa mga kwalipikasyong itinakda ng Department of Health (DOH) para sa mga Nutritionally-at-Risk Pregnant Women, gayundin sa mga alituntunin ng City Health Office – Nutrition Division.

Ang mga buntis na makatutugon sa itinakdang pamantayan at marekomenda ng ating mga health professionals ang maaaring maging benepisyaryo ng naturang financial assistance.

Para sa karagdagang impormasyon at tamang gabay, maaari po kayong magtungo sa pinakamalapit na Health Center sa inyong lugar.

Empowering Mothers. Building Healthier Families.

On July 13, 2026, the Muntinlupa Gender and Development Office conducted the Distribution of Financial Assistance to Nutritionally-at-Risk Pregnant Women under the Womb to Work Program, reaffirming the City Government of Muntinlupa’s commitment to maternal and child health under the 7K Agenda.

A total of 11 pregnant women from different barangays in Muntinlupa received financial assistance through the program. Implemented under City Ordinance No. 2025-007, the initiative supports qualified nutritionally-at-risk (NAR) pregnant women in improving their nutritional status throughout pregnancy. Beneficiaries underwent assessment and validation by the City Health Office, in partnership with dedicated midwives and nutritionist-dietitians, ensuring that assistance reaches those who need it most.

During the activity, Ms. Trina Biazon expressed her steadfast support for initiatives that promote healthy pregnancies, proper nutrition, and regular prenatal care—helping reduce maternal and newborn health risks while giving every child a healthier start in life.

The continued collaboration among partner offices remains vital to the success of this initiative. Sincere appreciation is extended to Mr. Reggie Salonga, Head of the Gender and Development Office; Office of the City Mayor; Dr. Carolyn Magalong, Head of the City Health Office; Dr. Magdalena Meana of the City Nutrition Division; and Dr. Glyn R. Pablo of the Maternal and Child Health Program for their steadfast commitment to advancing maternal and child health for Muntinlupeño families.
