In line with Memorandum Circular No. 114, the Government Energy Management Program (GEMP), and the Inter-Agency Energy Efficiency and Conservation Committee (IAEECC) Resolutions, 𝐃𝐓𝐈 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫–𝐌𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐘 will implement a 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝟐𝟕 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Isang matagumpay at makabuluhang pagpupulong ang isinagawa noong ika-15 ng Abril 2026, ganap na alas-2:00 ng hapon, kaugnay ng Municipal Cooperative Development Council (MCDC) ng Mulanay, Quezon.
Pormal na sinimulan ang pagpupulong sa pamamagitan ng pagtawag sa kaayusan, na sinundan ng pagkilala sa mga dumalo, na naglatag ng maayos at makabuluhang talakayan tungo sa pagpaplano at kaunlaran ng sektor ng kooperatiba.
Dumalo rin sa nasabing gawain sina G. Allan C. Lanon, Negosyo Center Business Counselor; G. Marcledenon De Los Reyes ng Philippine Coconut Authority; at G. Nestor Roy B. Santos mula sa Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region IV-A, na nagbigay ng paliwanag ukol sa kahalagahan ng nasabing gawain at sa mga tungkulin ng mga opisyal. Nariyan din si Gng. Evelyn Narvaez, Director ng CARD MRI, na nagbahagi ng mga benepisyo at programa ng kanilang organisasyon. Dumalo rin ang iba’t ibang tagapangulo ng mga kooperatiba sa Mulanay.
Bahagi ng pagpupulong ang nominasyon ng bagong hanay ng mga opisyal mula sa iba’t ibang kooperatiba bilang hakbang tungo sa mas matatag na pamumuno at pagkakaisa. Bandang alas-3:35 ng hapon, nagpatuloy ang pagpupulong sa halalan ng mga opisyal ng MCDC para sa taong 2026–2028, na pinangunahan ni G. Nestor Roy B. Santos, CDS II ng CDA Region IV-A.
Ang mga nahalal na opisyal ng MCDC ay ang mga sumusunod:

Nagtapos ang pagpupulong sa isang makabuluhan at produktibong ugnayan ng mga kalahok, na naglalayong palakasin ang sektor ng kooperatiba sa pamamagitan ng mas maayos na pagpaplano, pagpapalago ng produksyon, at pagpapabuti ng serbisyong iniaalok sa komunidad.

Do you know where the products you buy everyday belong?
Important to know the difference between Basic Necessities and Prime Commodities.
According to RA 7581 or Price Act, Basic Necessities (BN) are products that are necessary to survive and stay healthy, especially in times of disaster or crisis. Meanwhile, Prime Commodities (PC) is not a basic necessity but still essential in daily living, according to the Price Act.

The Department of Trade and Industry – Quezon, through Negosyo Center Mulanay, in partnership with the Business Permit and Licensing Office of the Local Government Unit of Mulanay, conducted a training-seminar for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) entitled “MULANAYING NEGOSYANTE: Hindi Magigipit sa Tama at Wastong Pagba-badyet (Strengthening MSMEs through Effective Budgeting)” at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Egualidad Street, Brgy. 1 (Poblacion), Mulanay, Quezon.
The activity focused on teaching participants how to create effective budgets, properly utilize their finances, and reduce expenditures related to business operations.
Mr. Joseph D. Mendoza, Licensing Officer II, delivered his message highlighting the importance of financial management and proper budgeting for MSMEs.
Mr. Allan C. Lanon, Business Counselor of Negosyo Center Mulanay, introduced the resource speaker.
Mr. Orlan Gemuel G. Margosio, Revenue Collection Clerk I and Certified Bookkeeper, discuses the concept of effective budgeting and shares practical tips on managing business finances.
