🔹 1. ANO ANG PAFFP?
✅️Ang Presidential Assistance for Farmers and Fisherfolk Program (PAFFP) ay isang cash assistance program na may pondong ₱10 bilyon para sa mga rehistradong magsasaka at mangingisda na naaapektuhan ng pagtaas ng gastos sa produksyon, krisis sa ekonomiya, at mga problema sa merkado.

🔹 2. FUEL SUBSIDY O RFFA(Rice Farmers Financial Assistance) BA ITO?
❌ Hindi. Ang PAFFP ay direktang cash assistance na walang kondisyon para suportahan ang kabuhayan ng mga magsasaka at mangingisda at mapanatili ang kanilang produksyon at hanapbuhay.

🔹 3. SINO ANG QUALIFIED?
✅️Mga magsasaka ng palay🌾, mais🌽 at Tubo
🌾 Mga rehistradong magsasaka sa RSBSA(Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture)
🐟 Mga rehistradong mangingisda sa RSBSA-BoatR(Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture-Boat and Gear Registration)
✅ Aktibong nakikilahok sa pagsasaka o pangingisda
✅️Nagsasaka ng hindi hihigit sa dalawang(2) ektarya na bukirin

🔹 4. MAGKANO ANG MAKUKUHA?
💰 ₱2,325.00 bawat benepisyaryo bilang unconditional cash assistance.

🔹 5. PARA SAAN ANG PAFFP?
⛽ Pambawas sa mataas na gastos sa produksyon at operasyon
🌾 Pantulong sa pagpapatuloy ng pagsasaka
🚤 Pantulong sa pagpapatuloy ng pangingisda
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Suporta sa kabuhayan ng mga pamilya ng magsasaka at mangingisda

🔹 6. ANO ANG KAILANGANG DALHIN SA PAG-CLAIM?
🪪 Isang valid ID
📄 Tatlong (3) photocopy ng valid ID na may tatlong (3) pirma

🔹 7. KAILAN IBIBIGAY?
📢 Ang petsa ng pamamahagi ay ipabibigay-alam sa pamamagitan ng opisyal na anunsyo ng inyong munisipyo. Mangyaring hintayin ang anunsyo at mga gabay mula sa inyong Local Government Unit (LGU).

🔹 8. PAANO MALALAMAN KUNG QUALIFIED?
📋 Base sa listahan ng RSBSA-BoatR
📋 Validation at verification ng DA Regional Field Office (RFO) kasama ang Local Government Unit (LGU)
📋 Tiniyak ang tamang listahan at walang duplicate na benepisyaryo

🔹 9. PAANO MAKUKUHA ANG PERA?
🏦 BANK TRANSFER (DBP / e-wallet)
🚚 CASH CARAVAN (para sa hindi account holders)

🔹 10. MAHALAGANG PAALALA
⚠️ Hindi puwedeng ibang tao ang mag-claim ng tulong. Dapat ay personal na kukunin ng mismong benepisyaryo.

🔹 11. KUNG PUMANAW ANG BENEPISYARYO, SINO ANG PWEDE MAG-CLAIM?
Maaaring kunin ng malapit na kamag-anak ang tulong.
✅ Death Certificate ng benepisyaryo
✅ Proof of relationship sa benepisyaryo
✅ Proof of RSBSA o RSBSA-BoatR registration ng kamag-anak na magpapatuloy sa pagsasaka o pangingisda

🔹 12. KUNG NABUBUHAY PA ANG BENEPISYARYO PERO BEDRIDDEN?
✅ Kopya ng medical document at litrato na nagpapatunay ng kalagayan ng benepisyaryo
✅ Proof of relationship sa benepisyaryo
✅ Proof of RSBSA o RSBSA-BoatR registration ng benepisyaryo

📢 PAALALA SA MGA MAGSASAKA AT MANGINGISDA:
Hintayin lamang ang opisyal na anunsyo mula sa BFAR, DA, Municipal Agriculture Office, at inyong LGU para sa schedule at proseso ng pamamahagi.
