[𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧] In a proactive move that reflects both institutional foresight and social responsibility, the College has announced a one-day Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement on April 1, 2026 (Wednesday). The initiative aligns with the institution’s continuing commitment to adaptive, resilient, and resource-efficient operations, while adhering to national directives outlined in Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, and Executive Order No. 110, s. 2026, which declares a State of National Energy Emergency. By embracing flexible work arrangements, the College reinforces its role in promoting energy conservation, efficiency, and sustainable resource utilization. Demonstrating how governance and environmental stewardship can work hand in hand.

Beyond operational efficiency, the measure also acknowledges the significance of the Holy Week season, offering employees an opportunity for preparation and reflection. The WFH setup ensures that productivity and service delivery remain uninterrupted. More than just a temporary adjustment, this initiative underscores the institution’s evolving approach to workplace dynamics.

[𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬] In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, Davao de Oro State College, through Office of the College President Advisory No. 0312-01, Series of 2026, informs all stakeholders of the adoption of an interim Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement every Friday, effective March 12, 2026.
In line with this arrangement, the following Friday class guidelines shall be observed:
1. All classes scheduled on Fridays shall generally be conducted through virtual learning modalities.
2. Face-to-face classes may be permitted when the use of laboratories, workshops, or other specialized facilities is necessary to achieve the intended learning outcomes.
However, on Work-from-Home days, all DdOSC personnel must stay reachable and responsive via official communication channels to ensure the College's services proceed smoothly. For concerns and official transactions, stakeholders may access the contact emails of the College’s frontline offices through the following link: https://tinyurl.com/ddoscfrontlineemails
Furthermore, students who are deployed off campus for internships, practicums, clerkships, or on-the-job training (OJT) shall follow the work arrangements and operational schedules of their respective host agencies, institutions, or companies, in accordance with the policies and protocols implemented by those organizations.
Further details and operational protocols will be issued through an Administrative Order of the Office of the College President.

Davao de Oro State College-Montevista Branch, through the Admission and Student Records Unit-Montevista Branch, is officially releasing the Enrollment Procedures for the Second Semester of the Academic Year 2025–2026.

Shown below is the approved enrollment schedule for New and Old Students, Returning Students, Shiftees, and Transferees. All students are encouraged to read the guidelines thoroughly and be mindful of the corresponding schedules and important dates.

The office of the Registrar Services Section would like to inform all 4th-year Education students of the release schedule, deadline for signing of student clearance, and schedule of enrollment for the 2ⁿᵈ Semester, AY. 2025-2026.

Student clearance will be released by the class mayor, and any lacking requirements will be reflected on the semestral clearance. An additional requirement of the office is the updating of profiling information in the SAFE Account.

Please note that your clearance is a requirement for enrollment in the Second Semester, AY. 2025-2026.

Meanwhile, all faculty and administrative personnel in the College are directed to adopt a Work-From-Home (WFH) Arrangement during the same period.
All faculty and administrative personnel, including designated drivers, are expected to be reachable during official work hours, unless a leave or approved absence has been submitted prior to the implementation of the Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement.
On-site classes and regular work operations will resume on November 6, 2025

SAFE PROFILE UPDATE!

To all students currently enrolled for the First Semester, AY. 2025-2026, the following is the List of Students with no Profiling Update on the SAFE Portal, and List of Students with Lacking Profiling Data.

Please be informed that updating your profiling data in the SAFE Portal is an additional requirement for signing the Semestral Clearance.

Reminder: the students posted below need to complete the profiling data in the SAFE Portal.
