The Office of the Senior Citizens’ Affairs headed by Mr. Rico M. Goño successfully conducted the Payout for 37 Octogenarian and 6 Nonagenarian Beneficiaries held at the OSCA Function Hall.
Led by Ms. Ruffa G. Banastao, PDO III, the activity provided ₱10,000 cash assistance to qualified beneficiaries from the different barangays of the Municipality of Monreal, Masbate.

We extend our deepest appreciation to the National Commission of Senior Citizens for their unwavering commitment to ensuring a better quality of life for our beloved seniors through the implementation of the RA 11982 Expanded Centenarian Act.

45 beneficiaries from various barangays received a ₱10,000 cash gift in line with Republic Act No. 11982, or the Expanded Centenarian Act.

The cash benefits payout for Octogenarians, Nonagenarians, and Centenarians was held at the OSCA Monreal Function Hall on July 29, 2025.
