Committee Hearing for the Committee on Health and Sanitation chaired by Hon. Dicken Otero on the review of the terms and conditions of the MOA previously authorized thru a Resolution No. 276-2026, between LGU Sta. Josefa and the Fount of Life MedLab & Drug Inc.

Conducted on August 7, 2026 with the presence of representatives from the First Party and the MHO, BAC Chair and TWG members.

All matters were discussed and will be presented to the plenary for information and appropriate action.

9-11AM : Committee Hearing for Joint Com on Social Services chaired by Hon. Vanzch Jungco Ronquillo and Com. on Finance and Appropriation chaired by Hon. Arnel Gooc to discuss in aid of legislation the passage of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor, Richard M. Plaza to enter into and sign a MOA with 3 local drugstores to facilitate the Financial/Medicine Assistance to indigent residents and or in crisis situation.

Attended by all members of the 2 Committee and all the technical personnel: Municipal Accountant, Municipal Budget Officer, Municipal Treasurer, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer, Municipal Nurse and the Managers/ Proprietors of the 3 drugstores.

11:00- 11:30AM - 6th Special Session to approve the passage of a Resolution authorizing the Mun. Mayor, Richard M. Plaza to enter into MOA for the implementation of BEFP for 5 elementary schools in the municipality with the proposed budget of 20M.

giving tribute and sympathy to the bereaved family of then members of the appointed Sangguniang Bayan during the Revolutionary Government and Transition Period of President Corazon C. Aquino for the period 1986-1989.

A resolution expressing sympathy and condolences to the family was passed and given personally by the Council members.
