Personnel of the 2nd Maneuver Platoon, 2nd PMFC, CPPO, under the direct supervision of PLTCOL ROLANDO H BARRAQUIO, Force Commander, in coordination with the Moalboal Municipal Police Station under the supervision of PMAJ MILES J DAMOSLOG, OIC, conducted a Joint Checkpoint Operation at Brgy. Tunga, Moalboal, Cebu.

The activity was conducted to enhance police visibility in the area, promote road safety, and encourage motorists and other road users to strictly observe traffic laws and regulations. It likewise served as a preventive measure against the possible movement of individuals, vehicles, or items that may be connected to unlawful activities.

Throughout the operation, police personnel remained vigilant, courteous, and professional while performing their duties. Established PNP policies, protocols, and procedures were properly observed, ensuring that the rights and dignity of every individual encountered were respected.

The patrol activity included key areas such as commercial establishments, financial institutions, public convergence points, and other locations where the presence of police personnel contributes to public safety and security. Throughout the operation, the team remained vigilant and maintained visible patrols to help protect residents, tourists, business establishments, and other members of the community.

The mobile patrols also served as a proactive measure in deterring possible unlawful activities while ensuring that police personnel remain ready to provide immediate assistance and respond to emergencies, security concerns, and incidents requiring police intervention.

Through sustained patrol operations and active monitoring, the 2nd PMFC, CPPO continues to strengthen its preventive policing efforts and foster stronger ties with the community. The presence of police personnel in various areas of Moalboal contributes to a safer, more secure, and peaceful environment for everyone.

Poblacion East, Moalboal, Cebu, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

The operation was carried out to maintain a visible police presence in the area and help safeguard students, faculty members, school personnel, motorists, pedestrians, and residents within the vicinity.

Throughout the activity, police personnel conducted foot patrols, observed the surrounding areas, and maintained heightened awareness for any suspicious behavior or possible security concerns. Their presence served as a proactive deterrent against potential incidents while reinforcing a safe and secure environment for the university community and the public.
