Advisory: Limited Transactions on January 30 , 2026 ( FRIDAY ) and NO TRANSACTIONS on January 31, 2026 ( SATURDAY ) Due to Power Interruption in CTU - Moalboal Campus

Dear Valued Clients,

Please be informed that our office will have limited operations on January 30, 2026 and NO TRANSACTIONS on January 31, 2026 due to a scheduled power interruption.

As a result, we will be unable to process regular transactions on this date. However, we will still accommodate requests for Certified True Copies (CTC) only on JANUARY 30,2026.

We encourage everyone to process their transactions as early as possible before the scheduled power interruption, especially with documents already FOR RELEASE and to those with urgent CTC requests to visit during office hours. For all other transactions, please plan your visit on the next regular working day.
