Congratulations to our very own KKDAT Member, Fred Jhon S. Cano, for graduating as Summa Cum Laude in BIndTech – Computer Technology from Talisay City College.

He is also a proud awardee of the Mayor Samsam Gullas Award and the 9th Sangguniang Panglungsod Academic Excellence Award, a true reflection of his dedication and hard work.
