πŸ“’ RESOLUTION NO. 1, SERIES OF 2026

The Silliman University Senior High School Commission on Elections (SUSHS COMELEC) has issued Resolution No. 1, Series of 2026, resolving the Motion for Reconsideration and Appeal filed by the Leaders Eager to Serve (LETS) Party.

After careful review of the antecedents and the issues raised, the Commission PARTIALLY GRANTED the Motion insofar as it corrects certain findings on record, while DENYING all other relief sought. The exclusion of the LETS Party and its candidates from the Official List of Candidates for the September 23, 2026 election is AFFIRMED.

The full text of the Resolution is attached for the information of the student body.
