The 𝐒𝐊 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐨, 𝐈𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐨 conducted it's 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗞 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 last April 12, 2026 at the San Rafael Barangay Hall.🫶✨

We were honored by the presence of our invited guest, 𝑴𝒓. 𝑹𝒐𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒚 𝑵𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒂, a Political Science student from West Visayas State University Iloilo and a proud youth of our barangay. He observed the Parliamentary Procedures applied during the session and shared his insights, comments, and suggestions after the adjournment.🗣️📝

We were also joined by our 𝑷𝒖𝒏𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑫𝒊𝒐𝒇𝒆 𝑵. 𝑭𝒂𝒕𝒍𝒂𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒈, who provided valuable advice and inquired about the council’s Plans, Programs, Projects, and Activities for the year 2026, as well as the current concerns of the youth in the barangay, demonstrating his continued support and commitment to the youth sector.❤️🤝

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: On April 6, 2026, the Central Knights Chapter Miagao Iloilo of the Guardians Noble Knight Brotherhood Inc. held a feeding program for the children of Barangay San Rafael and Barangay Maringyan at the San Rafael Elementary School Garinasium. 🤲👭 ❤️

They also distributed school supplies to the children and held a photo opportunity afterward. This initiative was their way of giving back to the community, especially since some of their members come from Barangay San Rafael, Miagao.📒✏️🖍️

On March 15, 2026, Barangay San Rafael Miagao, Iloilo took part in the Fire Prevention Month Celebration 2026 with the theme, “Discussion on Fire Safety and First Aid, Emergency Response, and Crowd Control,” held at the San Rafael Elementary School Gymnasium.🗣️🔥⚠️

The activity began with the preliminaries, followed by the welcome remarks of 𝑷𝒖𝒏𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑫𝒊𝒐𝒇𝒆 𝑵. 𝑭𝒂𝒕𝒍𝒂-𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒈 The first speaker, 𝑭𝑶1 𝑴𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒆𝒍 𝑮𝒐𝒏𝒛𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒊𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒐 𝑩𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒖 𝒐𝒇 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (𝑩𝑭𝑷), delivered an informative discussion on fire hazards, safety measures, and prevention, he also conducted a live demonstration on the proper use of fire extinguishers and effective fire suppression techniques, highlighting the importance of bayanihan and coordinated teamwork in preventing the spread of fire.🧯🚒

The next speaker, 𝑹𝒆𝒚𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒐𝒛𝒂 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒐𝒓’𝒔 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑴𝒊𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒐, emphasized the value of community involvement during emergencies and crisis situations.👥🤝

This was followed by Mr. 𝑹𝒆𝒚𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒐 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒊𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒐 𝑴𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒍 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑹𝒊𝒔𝒌 𝑹𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 (𝑴𝑫𝑹𝑹𝑴𝑶), who discussed essential first aid practices and emergency response strategies.⛑️🚑

On March 15, 2026, Barangay San Rafael Miagao, Iloilo took part in the Fire Prevention Month Celebration 2026 with the theme, “Discussion on Fire Safety and First Aid, Emergency Response, and Crowd Control,” held at the San Rafael Elementary School Gymnasium.🗣️🔥⚠️

The activity began with the preliminaries, followed by the welcome remarks of 𝑷𝒖𝒏𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑫𝒊𝒐𝒇𝒆 𝑵. 𝑭𝒂𝒕𝒍𝒂-𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒈 The first speaker, 𝑭𝑶1 𝑴𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒆𝒍 𝑮𝒐𝒏𝒛𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒊𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒐 𝑩𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒖 𝒐𝒇 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (𝑩𝑭𝑷), delivered an informative discussion on fire hazards, safety measures, and prevention, he also conducted a live demonstration on the proper use of fire extinguishers and effective fire suppression techniques, highlighting the importance of bayanihan and coordinated teamwork in preventing the spread of fire.🧯🚒

The next speaker, 𝑹𝒆𝒚𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒐𝒛𝒂 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒐𝒓’𝒔 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑴𝒊𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒐, emphasized the value of community involvement during emergencies and crisis situations.👥🤝
