In Line with PNP Patrol Plan 2030 and in support with PRO3 IMPLAN Action on the Condition Situation Response System (CSRS) , On April 18, 2020 at around 10:00 PM, personnel of this platoon led by PSMS Robert Bergado together with 3 personnel of Meycauayan MPS and 13 BPATs member of Meycauayan, Bulacan conducted Patrulya ng Bayan/Oplan Rody.

The said activity ended at around 12:00 MN with no untowards incident happen.

On April 18, 2020 at about 9:00 AM, Pat Rufino Mamangun Jr., 4th Platoon, 1st Bulacan PMFC extended his help by means of giving of rice and assorted grocery items to the indigent family located at Brgy.Hulo, City of Meycauayan, Bulacan in support to Rektang Bayanihan (Adopt a Family Program) of our Regional Director PBGEN RHODEL O SERMONIA.

In line with PNP Patrol Plan 2030 and in support with PRO3 IMPLAN Action on the Condition Situation Response System (CSRS) at about 9:00 AM of April 18, 2020, personnel of Bulacan 1st PMFC, 4th Platoon led by PSMS Robert Bergado, team leader conducted Motorcycle Anti-Crime Street Operation (MASCO)/OPLAN Counter-Strike Reloaded/Oplan Sita/Oplan Masalubong-Madaanan/Motorcycle patrolling at City of Meycauayan and Marilao, Bulacan. Activity ended at around 11:00 AM on the same date.

Noong Abril 13, 2020 nakarating sa aming tanggapan sa 4th Platoon Base, Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, Brgy. Iba, City of Meycauayan ang isang Facebook post ng isang ama na nag ngangalang John Bert Santiago na humihingi ng tulong para sa kanyang sanggol na mag aapat na buwan pa lamang na tanging sabaw lamang ng kumulong sinaing ang pinakakain dito. Agad pong pinuntahan ng aming tanggapan sa pangunguna ni Pat Datumama Kanakan ang kanilang lugar at doon nag bahagi siya ng Grocery items at pera pambili ng gatas sa anak nitong sanggol.

In line with PNP Patrol Plan 2030 and in support with PRO3 IMPLAN Action on the Condition Situation Response System (CSRS) at about 2:00 PM of April 17, 2020 , personnel of this platoon led by PSsg Erwin Guzman , together with LGU and Inter-Agency Task Force on COVID 19 conducted Checkpoint/Chokepoint Operation re General Community Quarantine and distribution of IEC materials to fight COVID-19 at Meycauayan and Lawang-Bato, Valenzuela City (Manila Boundary) . Activity ended at around 10:00 PM on the same date no untowards incident happened.

In line with PNP PATROL PLAN 2030, at about 12:00 PM of April 17, 2020, Personnel of this platoon led by PSMS Robert Bergado, conducted Mobile Patrolling and Visitation of Vital Installation at City of Meycauayan and Marilao to ensure strict implemention of Enhanced Community Quarantine as preventive measures in the spread of 2019 Corona Virus Disease (COVID19).
