All outgoing and incoming Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairpersons of Mexico, Pampanga are hereby directed and required to attend a meeting on NOVEMBER 06, 2023 (MONDAY) @ 1:00 P.M., at the MUNICIPAL CONFERENCE ROOM (located at the 2nd floor of the Municipal Hall) re: ORIENTATION ON DILG MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2023-166 (Guidance on the Assumption of Office of the Barangay and SK Officials elected on October 30, 2023 synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) and other relevant directives).

Narito po ang mga dokumentong kailangan para sa Educational Assistance mula sa Sangguniang Kabataan ng Sta. Cruz, Mexico.

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Certificate of Barangay Indigency
2. Certificate of Grades from Last semester
3. Certificate of Enrollment or Registration for 1st semester. (S.Y. 2023-2024)
4. Photocopy of Latest Student ID
5. Application form with 2x2 picture

Submission: November 10,2023
