Pwede nang mag-register ng iyong Business Name gamit ang eGovPH App!

Just follow these quick and easy steps:
1. I-download ang eGovPH App at gumawa ng account
2. I-verify ang iyong identity para makakuha ng full access sa lahat ng available government service sa app.
3. I-click ang National Government Services > DTI > Business Name Registration System
4. Click "New Registration" at punan ang required information
5. Pay the registration fee online
6. Download your Business Name Registration Certificate

𝐏𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐃 𝐒𝐀 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐎: 𝐎𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐥

Ang Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Mauban, Quezon ay muling nagpapaalala sa lahat ng negosyante na ang panahon ng pagpaparehistro at pag-renew ng Business Permit ay kasalukuyang nagpapatuloy.

Upang maiwasan ang anumang abala, narito ang mga kinakailangang dokumento para sa pag-renew ng Business Permit:

𝐌𝐠𝐚 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐨𝐤𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨:

• PESO certification
• SSS and Philhealth contribution receipt
• Barangay Clearance at Cedula (owner & employees)
• DTI/SEC/ CDA Registration Certificate
• Occupancy Permit (kung applicable)
• Contract of Lease (kung renting) o proof of ownership
• Old FSIC, Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (renewal)
• Sanitary Permit
• Picture of 5 trash bins with label
• Declaration of Gross Receipts
• Other documentary requirements

𝐏𝐚𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐚:

• Ang mga kinakailangang dokumento ay maaaring madagdagan alinsunod sa umiiral na alituntunin depende sa linya ng Negosyo.

• Ang pagpaparehistro at pag-renew ng Business Permit ay dapat gawin bago ang Enero 20 upang maiwasan ang anumang parusa o multa.

Ongoing na po ang BOSS (Business One Stop Shop) mula Enero 5 hanggang Enero 20, 2026, sa ating bahay pamahalaan.

Layunin ng programang ito na gawing mas mabilis, magaan, at maayos ang proseso ng inyong mga business transactions, permit applications, at tax payments - lahat sa iisang lugar.

Sa tulong ng ating masisipag na kawani, katuwang ang iba’t ibang tanggapan, sama-sama nating isinusulong ang Maubanin First.

𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂

Pursuant to 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐨. 𝟑𝟒, 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏, all business establishments within the jurisdiction of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Mauban are required to secure a 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭 and pay the corresponding business taxes prior to the commencement of any business operations.

Despite the issuance of notice of compliance, some business establishments have continued to operate without the necessary permits. As a result, the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), through the Joint Inspection Team (JIT), has served 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐒 to these non-compliant business establishments.

The LGU reminds all business owners to comply with the ordinance to avoid further legal actions and disruptions to their operations.
