NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Please be advised that, pursuant to Memorandum No. 04-2026 issued by the Office of the Executive Judge, we shall implement the provisions of Memorandum No. 02-2026 on the Adoption of Flexible Work Arrangements and Energy Conservation Measures.

For your guidance, kindly refer to the Work-From-Home (WFH) schedule posted for each branch. This schedule has been prepared to ensure continuity of judicial services while observing the flexible arrangements mandated.

Pursuant to Memo Circular No. 02-2026, please be informed that RTC Mati Branch 6 will adopt a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement on Monday, March 9, 2026.

During this period, court personnel shall continue to perform their official duties remotely. For urgent concerns, communications may be coursed through the official branch email and contact numbers.
Normal office operations will resume the following working day.
