The Proposed 2027 Schedule of Market Values of Real Properties for the City of Mati is presented in compliance with Republic Act No. 12001, or the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).

This will be used in connection with the 2027 General Revision of Real Property Assessment and Classification mandated under Section 219 of the same Code.
