Ipatuman sa People’s Administration ang usa ka Special Flexible Work Arrangement alang sa mga trabahante sa City Hall sugod karong Abril 6 hangtod Abril 10, 2026, subay sa Memorandum Order No. 034. Pinaagi sa People’s Administration, tumong niini nga mapakunhod ang konsumo sa enerhiya ug gasolina taliwala sa kasamtangang krisis, samtang gisiguro nga padayon ang pag-atiman sa mga kinahanglanon sa matag Matinian.

Ubos sa bag-ong schedule, abli ang City Hall sugod alas 8:00 sa buntag hangtod alas 6:30 sa gabii karong Abril 6, samtang alas 7:30 sa buntag hangtod alas 6:30 sa gabii sa Abril 7 ug 8. Karong Biyernes, Abril 10, ipatuman ang Work-from-Home (WFH) setup gikan alas 8:00 hangtod alas 10:30 lamang sa buntag.

Magpabilin nga regular on-site ang mga essential frontline services sama sa health, emergency response, seguridad, ingon man ang operasyon sa public market, terminal, ug slaughterhouse. Gipaniguro sa lokal nga panggamhanan na magpadayon ang serbisyo sa publiko bisan pa man niining gihimong lakang alang sa pagdaginot sa enerhiya. | CIO

The proposed ordinance requires that all cooperatives operating within the City of Mati to secure a certification from the City Cooperative Development Office as statutory requirement for the issuance or renewal of business permits.

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, Mayor Joel Mayo Almario reminded 182 participants from various cooperatives in the City of Mati that reliability in small responsibilities builds greater trust in larger ones. This message was delivered during the Cooperative Month 2025 Kick-Off Ceremony held on October 1, 2025, at the Ariston B. Juico Activity Center.

The mayor also encouraged cooperative leaders and members to help one another, noting that true progress comes from unity and teamwork. He further highlighted the strong partnership between the local government and the cooperatives in advancing community development.

Participating cooperatives included DOHMPC, MCC Multi Cooperative, DOMMUPCO, DEMPCO, DAECIDO Cooperative, King MPC, PERA MPC, JACC, SAFASHCO, NICO, Pantukan Chess Club MPC, and CEMCO. The event was also attended by Vice Mayor Enzo Rabat, Councilor Raul Antopuesto, Chairman of the Committee on Cooperatives; Amado IV S. Francisquete, City Cooperative Development Officer; and Marlon M. Magno, Chairperson of the Mati City Cooperative Development Council. | CIO
