Isumbong ang mga negosyo na walay business permit o barangay permit para sa mas maayong produkto, konsumo ug serbisyo

Mas gipasayon ug official kini, wala nay letter of complaint.

1. Scan ang QR.

2. Pilia ang public report. Kung kahibalo, itype ang pangalan sa tag-iya (owner), negosyo (business) , klase sa negosyo (type of business), barangay ug sa ngsumbong (reported by). Kuha o upload ang photo sa negosyo. Pindota ang capture current location aron makuha namo ang lokasyon sa negosyo. Itype uban pang impormasyon (remarks) sa negosyo

3. Pindota submit report. Tapos! ☺

I-verify pa sa BPLO kung tinuod kining gireport ninyo bag-o namo aksyunan og sakto. Garantisado, CONFIDENTIAL ANG NAME SA NGREPORT ☺
