FIRE SAFETY AWARENESS

Likayi ang Sunog sa Panimalay

Ang octopus wire mao ang paggamit og daghang extension cords o multi-plug adapters nga gisumpay-sumpay sa usa lang ka outlet. Kini usa sa kasagarang hinungdan sa sunog sa balay ug opisina.

Ngano nga Delikado?
• Nagdala og sobra nga karga (overload) sa usa ka outlet o extension cord.
• Mopainit ang mga wire ug mahimong matunaw ang insulation.
• Mahimong mag-short circuit ug mosangpot sa sunog.
• Dili tanang extension cords gidisenyo para sa high-power appliances sama sa air conditioner, rice cooker, electric kettle, plantsa, ug water heater.

Mga Paagi sa Paglikay
1. Ayaw pagsumpay-sumpaya ang mga extension cords.
2. Ayaw gamita ang usa ka outlet para sa daghang high-power appliances sa parehas nga oras.
3. Gamita lamang ang dekalidad ug certified nga extension cord ug convenience outlet.
4. Ilisi dayon ang guba, luag, o naputol nga mga wire ug plugs.
5. Kung pirmi nang kulang ang outlets, ipataod ug dugang convenience outlets pinaagi sa lisensyadong electrical practitioner.
6. Kanunay tangtanga ang plug sa appliances kung dili gamiton, ilabi na kung mobiya sa balay.

Kaluwasan sa Pagluto gamit ang Butane Stove
• Ayaw biyai ang nagluto nga butane stove bisan sa mubo nga higayon.
• Siguroha nga tarong ang pagkataod sa butane canister ug walay gas leak sa dili pa gamiton.
• Ayaw ibutang ang butane stove duol sa kurtina, papel, plastik, o uban pang dali masunog.
