📣 HIRING FOR CONTRACT OF SERVICE MEDICAL OFFICER III.
The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Matalam is inviting applications from qualified individuals for Medical Officer III position under Contract of Service (COS) status.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a Doctor of Medicine
• Must be a Registered Physician with a valid professional license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
• Must be of good moral character
• Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the position
• No pending criminal or administrative cases

DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT:
1. A formal application letter addressed to the Municipal Mayor through the designated Head of the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO)
2. An updated Revised 2025 Personal Data Sheet (PDS) following the prescribed form of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and duly sworn
3. Photocopy of PRC license and Professional Identification Card
4. Medical Certificate from a government or licensed private hospital/clinic
5. A resident of the Municipality of Matalam

SUBMISSION DETAILS:
• Applications must be submitted on or before August 31, 2026.
• Submit to the LGU-Matalam HRMO at the Municipal Hall during regular working days and hours.
• Incomplete submissions will not be considered for evaluation.

📣 HIRING FOR JOB ORDER REGISTERED MIDWIVES.

The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Matalam is inviting applications from qualified individuals for 8 (Eight) Registered Midwife positions under Job Order (J.O) status. Selected applicants will be assigned to various barangays in the municipality to provide vital maternal, neonatal, and child health care services to the community.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Midwifery or Diploma in Midwifery
• Must be a Registered Midwife (RM) with a valid professional license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
• Must be of good moral character
• Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the position
• No pending criminal or administrative cases

DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT:

1. A formal application letter addressed to the Municipal Mayor through the designated Head of the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO)
