📢 LGU San Pascual, Ipinagdiwang ang Ika-30 Autism Consciousness Week

Ipinagdiwang ng Pamahalaang Lokal ng San Pascual ang ika-30 Autism Consciousness Week na may temang “Mula Kamalayan Tungo sa Gawa: Pag-unlad ng Autism-OK Philippines.”

Layunin ng pagdiriwang na palawakin ang kamalayan ng mamamayan tungkol sa autism, isulong ang pagtanggap, pag-unawa, at aktibong pakikilahok ng komunidad sa pagtataguyod ng karapatan at kapakanan ng mga indibidwal na nasa autism spectrum.

Sa pangunguna ng LGU San Pascual, kasama ang iba’t ibang tanggapan at sektor, muling pinagtibay ang suporta sa mga programang inklusibo na naglalayong bigyang-lakas ang mga PWD at kanilang pamilya.

Patuloy tayong makiisa—mula sa kamalayan tungo sa tunay na gawa—para sa isang mas maunlad, makatao, at inklusibong San Pascual. 💙

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CY 2024 GOOD FINANCIAL HOUSEKEEPING (GFH) PASSERS IN REGION 5

DILG 5 commends one-hundred six (106) Local Government Units (LGUs) in the Bicol Region that passed the 2024 Good Financial Housekeeping (GFH) assessment!

Out of one hundred twenty (120) Local Government Units assessed in the region, six (6) Provinces, seven (7) Cities, and ninety-three (93) Municipalities successfully met the criteria of GFH. The Good Financial Housekeeping (GFH) promotes transparency and accountability in LGU operations by assessing financial housekeeping through the following Criteria:

Most recent COA Audit Opinion is Unmodified or Qualified, based on the Annual Audit Report (AAR) posted on the Commission on Audit website, as of September 27, 2024 (end of SGLG Regional Assessment); and Full Disclosure Policy (FDP) requirements on the timely and complete posting of required financial documents in three (3) conspicuous places and the FDP Portal from the 2nd to 4th quarter of CY 2023 and 1st quarter of CY 2024 is complied, based on the data provided by the FDP Central Team, BLGS-PCMD.

The GFH recognition is a manifestation of the LGUs' commitment to transparency, accountability, and sound financial management, ensuring efficient and effective use of public funds. This achievement underscores the importance of good governance at the local level, inspiring other LGUs to strengthen their financial management practices and align with best practices in public administration.
