Premium Annotation is an enhanced service that facilitates requests for annotation of civil registry documents and allows clients to track and monitor the progress of their requests through web and SMS queries. It also provides the issuance of annotated Civil Registry Documents (CRDs) in Security Paper (SECPA).

The Office of the City Civil Registrar informs the public of its 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 from 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟳–𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠–𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠.

This is in connection with the implementation of the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 under Executive Order No. 005, Series of 2026 and CSC Resolution No. 2600838.

When a holiday falls on the identified non-working day, the work schedule shall revert to the regular 8-hour workday.

Ang kanilang paglahok sa programang ito ay hindi lamang tungkol sa legal na pag-iisang dibdib — simbolo rin ito ng pagmamahalan, pagkilala sa kanilang pagsasama, at pagbibigay ng mas matibay na pundasyon para sa kanilang pamilya.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦: The 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 successfully conducted the 𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 of couples for the upcoming 𝐊𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 (Mass Wedding), held today, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐂𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐲.

The activity catered to couples from 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧 and 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐂𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐲, bringing them one step closer to a lifetime commitment built on love and partnership. 💍

In collaboration with the 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗖𝗦𝗪𝗗𝗢), participating couples also attended a 𝐩𝐫𝐞-𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 and orientation to prepare them for married life.

Please be informed that the Office of the City Civil Registrar – City Government of Masbate will implement a 4-Day Compressed Work Week Schedule starting 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, in compliance with Executive Order No. 004, Series of 2026.

🕗 Office Hours:
𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 – 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 | 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.
𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 – No office transactions

Clients are encouraged to schedule their civil registration transactions accordingly.
