We are proud to announce that the City of Masbate has officially received the Notice of Compliance from the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) for its Local Public Transport Route Plan (LPTRP 2024โ2028).
Following a thorough evaluation and recommendation by the LTFRB Technical Panel, the City's LPTRP was found consistent with the following national policies and regulatory issuances:

The Notice of Compliance was granted on September 23, 2025, marking a major milestone in our commitment to inclusive, efficient, commuter-sensitive, and needs-driven mobility planning.
As directed, the LGU will proceed with the passage of an ordinance adopting the LPTRP, which includes the following developmental routes:
โข BantigueโCoastal Developmental Route (Authorized Mode: FILCAB)
โข PoblacionโAsid Developmental Route (Authorized Mode: PUJ Class II)
โข PoblacionโCoastal Ecotourism Developmental Route (Authorized Mode: UVE)
This milestone aligns with the 10-Point Agenda of Mayor Olga T. Kho, particularly her directive to strengthen the transportation sector by ensuring accessible and well-planned mobility services for all.
