The BJMP Regional Office III will start accepting applications for Jail Officer 1 under the 2027 quota beginning November 4, 2026.

Interested applicants may submit their application requirements to the Personnel and Records Management Division (PRMD), BJMP Regional Office III, located at Maalaga St. corner Malikhain St., Diosdado Macapagal Government Center, Brgy. Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

MR. & MS. UNITED NATIONS 2026

The Marilao Municipal Jail – Male Dormitory, under the leadership of JSINSP JOHN PAUL B MILLEZA, Municipal Jail Warden, successfully conducted the Mr. & Ms. United Nations 2026.

This meaningful activity aimed to promote cultural appreciation, diversity, unity, and global awareness among Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), providing them with an opportunity to express their talents, confidence, and appreciation for different cultures and nations.

The event was made more meaningful through the participation and support of the ALS teachers from the Marilao South District, whose continued commitment to education contributes to the holistic development and positive transformation of PDL.

Through initiatives like this, the Marilao Municipal Jail – Male Dormitory reaffirms its commitment to inclusive education, cultural understanding, and the promotion of values that foster respect, unity, and positive change among PDL.

PAMANYAUP BENCHMARKING VISIT TO GUAGUA DISTRICT JAIL – MALE AND FEMALE DORMITORIES

The Marilao Municipal Jail – Male Dormitory, under the leadership of JSINSP JOHN PAUL B MILLEZA, Municipal Jail Warden, successfully conducted a benchmarking visit to Guagua District Jail – Male and Female Dormitories as part of its continuing efforts to enhance jail management and operational efficiency.

The activity focused on the observation and exchange of best practices, effective jail management strategies, innovative programs, and operational procedures. The visiting team also gained valuable insights into the initiatives implemented by the host facility in ensuring the safekeeping, welfare, reformation, and development of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

Special thanks and appreciation to JCINSP JANICE BERNARDO-CAFONGTAN, Acting District Jail Warden – Male Dormitory, and JINSP SHAILA CLAIRE P BONDAD, Acting District Jail Warden – Female Dormitory, for their warm hospitality, valuable insights, and generous sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the benchmarking visit.

The PAMANYAUP benchmarking visit further strengthened professional collaboration and knowledge-sharing among BJMP personnel, reinforcing the commitment to continuous improvement in jail management and the delivery of quality public service.

The 3rd Quarter BJMP’s Best Awarding Ceremony was successfully conducted during the CY 2026 3rd Quarter Regional Management Conference at EPHATHA Development Center, Brgy. Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

During the ceremony, outstanding leadership and exemplary performance were recognized. Under this recognition, JSINSP JOHN PAUL B MILLEZA, Municipal Jail Warden, was honored as the BJMPRO-III’s Top 1 Best Municipal Jail Warden and the Marilao Municipal Jail was proudly recognized as the BJMPRO-III’s Top 1 Best Municipal Jail.

The Marilao Municipal Jail – Male Dormitory, under the leadership of JSINSP JOHN PAUL B MILLEZA, Municipal Jail Warden, actively participated in the Joint Blood Donation Drive organized by TFOE-Philippines Eagles-CLRVIII, Rotary Club of Guiguinto Premier, Balagtas Lions Club, and Deus Primus Eagles Club.

This meaningful initiative embodies the spirit of volunteerism, compassion, and humanitarian service, demonstrating the Bureau’s commitment to saving lives and strengthening community partnerships in celebration of the 15th Community Relations Service (CRS) Month, with the theme: “Empowered Communication, Engaged Public: Promoting Responsible Messaging in Jail Management.”

JAIL VISITATION
INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE SCHOOL OF LEADERSHIP (IGSL)

The Marilao Municipal Jail – Male Dormitory, under the leadership of JSINSP JOHN PAUL B MILLEZA, Municipal Jail Warden, successfully facilitated a jail visitation led by JCINSP PRINCESS D MIGUEL, together with eight (8) delegates from the International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL).

The visitation provided the delegates with an opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the facility’s operations, rehabilitation programs, and various activities being undertaken for the welfare and development of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).
