Successfully released two rescued Green Sea Turtles back into their natural habitat in a collaborative effort with the Barangay Poblacion Officials, Municipal Agriculture Office-Maribojoc and DENR. This activity highlights our commitment to marine conservation and wildlife protection, ensuring that these endangered species return safely to the sea. 🐢💚

Congratulations, Ms. Katrice!

Katrice Alessandra Racho won the Best in Thematic Costume during the Search for Miss Ubi Festival Queen 2025, organized by the Provincial Government of Bohol!

Our first time joining the competition, but definitely not the last.

Her stunning Ubi-inspired costume truly captured the spirit, pride, and culture of Bohol. A masterpiece designed and crafted by Dave Niño Pertimos and Joel Funa of Perfunas Incantation, it beautifully showcased creativity and artistry at its finest.

Elegant as ever, Katrice’s beauty was perfectly enhanced by the glam touch of Ms. Jovanni Enderes Balili for hair and makeup.

Special thanks to Ms. Maribel Chiu, HVCDP Technician, for her invaluable assistance.

Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to the Municipal Agriculture Office, led by Municipal Agriculturist Christopher Torrefiel, for the unwavering support.

And of course, daghang salamat to the ever supportive Maribojoc Ubi Growers Association, headed by President Segundo Laranjo, for championing our local agriculture and proudly lifting the name of Maribojoc.

For your safety, please secure your fishing boats and refrain from going out to sea until conditions improve. Your safety is our priority.
