Last February 26, 2026, the Dr. Abundio Echavez Memorial Cultural and Sports Center came alive with color, rhythm, and creativity as we celebrated the Arts Month Culmination Activities!

From the elegance of HABLON: Eco-Style Fashion Runway,
the powerful strokes of HULAGWAY: Charcoal Free-Hand Drawing,
the storytelling brilliance of TALINGHUGYAW SA HULAGWAY: Draw and Tell,
the innovation of BANAAG: Trash to Triumph Assemblage,
the vibrant movements of INDAYOG AT GALAW: Occupational Folk Dance,
to the inspiring narratives of SINELAYAG: Short Film Competition —
