To the Senior High School and College Students of Barangay Bazal,

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay Bazal is committed to supporting our youth in their academic journey. We are officially opening the Submission of Applications for our Educational Assistance Program.

Who Can Apply?
​Grade 11 and Grade 12 (Senior High School)
​1st Year to 4th Year College Students

​Submission Details
🗓​Where: Purok 5, Brgy. Bazal, Maria Aurora, Aurora
🕑​When: Monday to Friday
📍​Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

​Specific Requirements
​To ensure a smooth application process, please prepare the following:
• ​One (1) Copy of Enrollment Form: Must be for the current school year/semester.
• ​Three (3) Copies of ID: Any valid ID that clearly shows your address as Brgy. Bazal.
• ​Three (3) Signatures: Please ensure each of the three ID photocopies is signed three times by the ID holder (specimen signatures).

❗️Double-check that your signatures on the photocopies match the signature on your actual ID to avoid any issues with verification. ❗️

​⚠️ DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION
​JUNE 30
Please submit your documents on or before this date. Late applications will not be catered to ensure the timely processing of funds.
