Official Announcement: Selected Cooperatives and Associations for Financial Assistance Support
We are pleased to formally announce the selection of the following cooperatives and associations as recipients of financial assistance under the MCDO_Program with the approval of our Mayor Hon. Ariel S. Bitong, aimed at supporting their processing activities through the provision or acquisition of appropriate equipment and facilities.
These organizations have been carefully evaluated based on their commitment to value-adding, enterprise development, and their identified need for processing equipment to improve productivity, product quality, and income generation for their members.
List of Selected Cooperatives and Associations:
1. San Joaquin Farmers Association
For processing equipment support to enhance agricultural product value-adding.
2. Dolorosa Bignay Wine Makers Association
For acquisition of winemaking equipment to scale up local Bignay wine production.
3. Sto. Tomas, Diome, Wenceslao ARB Cooperative
For equipment needed in processing and packaging agricultural produce.
4. Decoliat ARB Cooperative
For tools and machinery needed in product processing and market readiness.
5. Kaagapay sa Pag-unlad Credit Cooperative
For processing and packaging equipment to support members' livelihood activities.
6. Canili Farmers Multi-purpose Cooperative
For equipment support to improve their agricultural product processing operations.
The financial assistance shall be used exclusively for the purchase of equipment identified in their submitted proposals and validated during the assessment process.
The ceremonial awarding and orientation will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025 at LGU-Maria Aurora, Municipal ground right after the flag ceremony.
