Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12207, "An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Amai Pakpak Medical Center in the City of Marawi, Province of Lanao del Sur from Four Hundred (400) to Eight Hundred (800) Beds, and Appropriating Funds Therefor"

Signed by the Secretary of Health, Dr. Teodoro J. Herbosa, sets the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12207, signed into law on May 8, 2025, directing the DOH Amai Pakpak Medical Center (APMC) in Marawi City, Lanao del Sur to increase its capacity from 400 to 800 beds, with the IRR also covering for the DOH APMC operations and management.
