As we Enter the 1st quarter of the Year 2026. On February 01, 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation Barangay Guimba Lilod Proper Conducted it's Activity for Clean Up Drive in All Mosque in Purok Lilod, Purok Kapantaran, and Purok Raya, Guimba, Marawi City, Lanao del Sur.

The Intervention is Conducted with the theme: "Cleaning Community as One, Performing Islam as One, Lightening Mosques as a way of Islam."

This is one of the Strong Initiatives of our SK Chairman Hon. Asnawi M. Pungguina together with his SK Councils.

Together, We can Change the community, We can Brighten the future of Young People as we hold the Hope, Integrity and Stands in our community.

Alhamdulillah! The services of our Barangay SK Chairman Hon. Asnawi M. Punggina has always been recognized by the Children, Youth and Adolescents from our community.

In August 2024, we built a Waitingshed in the community of Brgy. Guimba for the benefits of the People in the Community.

This can help them as their shelter during rainy and sunny days to avoid sickness and promote health services for longer years.

It Aims to Organizing Young Children in the Community to boost their confidence in participating activities in the community Level and promotes Gender Equality and Empowerment.

1. Introducing New Office
2. Introducing of Forms
3. Profiling the Children and Youth In the community
4. Honorarium Realising
5. Visiting the New Build Badminton Court for the Youth and Adolescents in the Community.

The SK Chairman of Barangay Guimba (Lilod Proper) together with his SK Officials Conducted an operation Cleaning (Clean Up Drive) in the community of Barangay Guimba from Lilod To Raya Guimba Proper.The said cleanup drive was started with orientation to the youth about the Environmental Protection and Solid waste management practice with the theme: “Cleaning, Innovating and Creating a new safe space to all children, youth and adolescent in the community.” The cleanup drive targeting all the sectors within the community of Barangay Guimba specially the children, youth and adolescents.
The SK Chairman Also Provide Free Meals and Snacks to the young people joining the Clean Up Drive.

The 1st General Assembly Meeting of the SK Members in Barangay Guimba (Lilod Proper) was Conducted by SK Chairman Hon. Asnawi M. Punggina together with SK Secretary and Members to establish Mechanism on the Journey of SK Federation Officials within the Year 2024 and Onwards.

The Meetings includes the Discussion on the Following;

✅ Sangguniang Kabataan Status and Updates.
✅ Project Proposal
✅ Project Deliverables
✅ Project Sustainability
✅Other Matters.

Alhamdulillah, the Objective of the meeting was met. Inshallah Sooner this 2 Quarter will implement a Project that is benefitted by Young People in Barangay Guimba (Lilod Proper).

The 1th General Islamic Moltaqa for the Ramadhan Year 2024 has been conducted in Madrasah Guimba Lilod Al-Islamiah.

The Islamic Moltaqa Joined by SK Chairman Hon. Asnawi M. Punggina and his SK Officials Members.

The SK Chairman provides Financial Support to establish and conduct the Islamic Moltaqa very well and the Members were tasked by SK Chairman to Decorate the Venue.

The SK Chairman of Barangay Guimba (Lilod Proper) Joins the Organized Program namely the "Musabaqah Ramadhaniyyah" of Barangay Chairman of Barangay Guimba.

This Program collaborated with SK Chairman and SK Officials Members, BLGU, and Mahad Nurul Hidayat Al-Islamie.

Our SK Chairmans Hon. Asnawi M. Punggina provides support to all young people who attended the program by providing them the following;

✅5 Kilos of Young Master Rice
✅ Iftar Meals
✅ and Other Prices for the winners for the Questions and Answers.

Alhamdulillah, our SK Chairman Always Extended his services to the young people of his Community.
