A productive four days of review, assessment, and honest conversations on how we are doing as a Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur.
Kasama ang mga department heads at division chiefs, we looked closely at our accomplishments for the first semester kung ano na ang nagawa, ano pa ang kailangang habulin, at saan kailangan ng mas mabilis at mas concrete actions.
Beyond numbers and reports, this Mid-Year Review is really about accountability and results. We need to make sure that every program, project, and activity is moving toward its intended impact and, ultimately, contributing to our Lanao del Sur Vision 2040.
May mga achievements, may mga challenges, at may mga targets na kailangan pang habulin. Kaya hindi lang tayo nag-review, we also laid out catch-up plans and concrete steps para masigurong ma-deliver natin ang ating commitments before the year ends.
Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng department heads, division chiefs, reviewers, staff, at bawat office na naglaan ng oras, naghanda ng kanilang reports, at buong pusong nakipag-cooperate sa buong proseso. Your openness, preparation, and commitment made this review more meaningful and productive.
As public servants, our responsibility is not simply to report what we have done, but to continuously ask: Ano pa ang maaari nating gawin? Paano pa natin mapapabuti ang serbisyo? At paano mas mararamdaman ng ating mga kababayan ang resulta ng ating trabaho?
Tuluy-tuloy lang. Mas malinaw ang targets, mas matatag ang accountability, at mas focused tayo sa results. Serbisyo ngayon. Mas magandang Lanao del Sur bukas. ๐ค
