โ๏ธ QUALIFICATIONS OF SPES BENEFICIARIES:
The applicants who wish to apply in this program must
meet the following qualifications:
A. FOR LEARNER APPLICANTS:
1. At least 15 years old but not more than 30 years old at the time of application;
2. Must be a resident of cities or municipalities within the BARMM;
3. Currently enrolled in any educational institution or Islamic school whether public or private school; and
4. Capable of carrying out clerical tasks such as but not limited to encoding, sorting, filing and routing documents.
B. FOR OUT-OF-SCHOOL YOUTH APPLICANTS:
1. At least 15 years old but not more than 30 years old at the time of application;
2. Must be a resident of cities or municipalities within the BARMM; and
3. Capable of carrying out clerical tasks such as but not limited to encoding, sorting, filing and routing documents.
C. MADARIS APPLICANTS:
1. At least 15 years old but not more than 30 years old at the time of application;
2. Must be a resident of cities or municipalities within the BARMM:
3. Currently enrolled in any Madaris School/Madrasa in BARMM: and
4. Capable of carrying out clerical tasks such as but not limited to encoding, sorting. filing and routing documents.
โผ๏ธLIST OF REQUIREMENTSโผ๏ธ
1. Accomplished MOLE SPES form;
2. 2x2 ID picture taken within six (6) months from the date of application;
3. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate or any legal document or ID Identification indicating date of birth or age;
4. Photocopy of ANY of the following:
* Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents/legal guardian (those working in government);
* Certification issued by BIR that the parents/legal guardian are exempted from payment of tax (those working in government);
* Certificate of Indigency
(Poverty threshold) issued by the Barangay
Chairman/Official of the Barangay where the applicant resides; and
d. Certificate of Low Income (Poverty threshold) issued by Barangay Official of
5. For LEARNERS APPLICANTS:
* Any of the following in additional to requirements no. 1-4 :
* Photocopy of proof of average passing grade such as 1.) Class Card or 2.) Form 138 of the previous semester or year immediately preceding the application; or
* Original copy of Certification by the School Registrar certifying as to passing grade and with good moral character immediately preceding semester/year if grades are not yet available
6. For Out-Of-School Youth (OSY):
a. original copy of Certification as OSY issued by MSSD-BARMM or the authorized official of the Barangay where the OSY resides, in addition to requirements no. 1 - 4.
7. FOR MADARIS APPLICANTS:
* Any of the following in addition to requirements no. 1 -4:
* Original copy of Certification by the Madaris Mudir certifying as to passing grade and with good moral character immediately preceding semester/year if grades are not available.
