Mr. Gaima II’s speech is about the greatness of his grandfather and how his leadership was viewed by close circles, friends and contemporary leaders. Mr. Gaima was influenced by the leadership story of his grandfather and considered him as one of the great leaders of all times.

| The City Government of Marawi hosted a simple thanksgiving ceremony for the official turnover of the outgoing City Local Government Operations Officer (CLGOO) of MILG-Marawi, Director Masbud Gaima II, who is succeeded by the new CLGOO, Director Alibaer M. Pangandaman.

The event that held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 @ BagongBayan Hall, City Hall Complex, Marawi City was graced by the presence of the Provincial MILG team led by Provincial Director Cader Indar, barangay officials, and department heads of LGU Marawi.

City Mayor Shariff Zain L. Gandamra and Vice Mayor Atty. Majul U. Gandamra personally extended their heartfelt gratitude to Director Masbud Gaima II, and warmly welcomed Sir Alibaer M. Pangandaman.
