In line with the continuous improvement of workplace efficiency and digital innovation, the office of MBHTE-TESD Provincial/City Manpower Development Center, spearheaded by Administrator Insanoray Amerol-Macapaar conducted an In-House Seminar-Workshop on AI Platforms and Tools.

AI platforms and tools provide infrastructure and software to automate workflows, generate content, write code, and synthesize data. Major categories include Generative AI Chatbots (e.g., OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini) for text, and AI Agents (e.g., Zapier and Gumloop) for automating business tasks.

The activity aimed to introduce staff and employees to various Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms and tools that can support office operations, productivity, communication, documentation, and other work-related tasks through lectures, demo, and hands-on learning activities.

MARAWI CITY - Led by Baealabi sa Ramain Insanoray Amerol-Macapaar, the employees and staff of the MBHTE-TESD Provincial/City Manpower Development Center gathered to celebrate the office's 17th anniversary, from April 20 to April 23, 2026, at APCES Open Gymnasium, Bo. Green, Marawi City.

PCMDC stands as the sole TTI (TESDA Technological Institute) in the province of Lanao del Sur. Having opened on April 23, 2009, this commemoration was initiated following Macapaar’s appointment as Administrator.

The event kicked off on April 20, 2026, with unity from employees during the opening remarks, followed by a dual flag-raising ceremony for the Philippines and BARMM, accompanied by their respective anthems.

As an introductory activity for the celebration, an π‘’π‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘‘β„Žπ‘žπ‘’π‘Žπ‘˜π‘’ π‘‘π‘Ÿπ‘–π‘™π‘™ followed by π‘π‘Žπ‘ π‘–π‘ π‘“π‘–π‘Ÿπ‘ π‘‘ π‘Žπ‘–π‘‘ π‘‘π‘Ÿπ‘Žπ‘–π‘›π‘–π‘›π‘” were conducted, facilitated by the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO), under the leadership of Engr. Lindy Macawadib (Chief, PDRRM Operations and Warning Division). Following the initial events, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Aquatic Resources (MAFAR)-LDS conducted a π‘“π‘–π‘›π‘”π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘™π‘–π‘›π‘” π‘‘π‘–π‘ π‘π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘ π‘Žπ‘™ in Marawi City’s Barangay Rorogagus. This initiative aligns with PCMDC’s mission for sustainable development and the ecological restoration of Lake Lanao. Day one culminated in a π‘ƒπ‘’π‘›π‘π‘Žπ‘˜ π‘†π‘–π‘™π‘Žπ‘‘ 𝑒π‘₯β„Žπ‘–π‘π‘–π‘‘π‘–π‘œπ‘› curated by Jamel Hussien Marohombsar, President of Alfusilat Sports Ph., alongside Coach Amer Hussain Macapaar.

On April 21, 2026, building on the first day's program, the PDRRMO conducted the π΅π‘Žπ‘ π‘–π‘ πΉπ‘–π‘Ÿπ‘ π‘‘ 𝐴𝑖𝑑 π‘‡π‘Ÿπ‘Žπ‘–π‘›π‘–π‘›π‘” on day two, once again under the guidance of Engr. Lindy Macawadib. The activity concluded with a hands-on π‘“π‘–π‘Ÿπ‘’ π‘‘π‘Ÿπ‘–π‘™π‘™ led by the local Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)-LDS. The primary objective of the fire drill is to enhance the preparedness and response capabilities of all employees in the event of a fire emergency.

The celebration continues on April 22, 2026, where the IPHO-LDS (Integrated Provincial Health Office) led by Dr. Nur Muhammad Alawi, provided π‘€π‘’π‘‘π‘–π‘π‘Žπ‘™ π‘Žπ‘›π‘‘ π·π‘’π‘›π‘‘π‘Žπ‘™ services to 150 TVET scholars and Morit from Lanao del Sur torils.

For the final event of the PCMDC founding anniversary, April 23, 2026, owners/representatives from various sectors and heads forms partner agencies were invited to discuss their business achievements and provide messages of support. These partners serve a critical role in enabling PCMDC to execute its institutional mandate effectively. The newly launched Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), co-led by industry and TTI, aligns our training with current market needs to guarantee better career paths for graduates.

The celebration was officially concluded by PCMDC Disbursing Officer Hanif Macawali.
