The MSU-Center for Women Studies in partnership with MSU Main - National Service Training Program , American Corner Marawi , MSU-Marawi Scholarship Center , and PLAI-BARMMLC, successfully held lectures on "Understanding Gender Biases and Discriminatory Stereotypes amongst Women" and "Recognizing the Status of Women in Society: Their Rights and Privileges" on March 24, 2024, as part of the 2024 National Women's Month celebration. Its goal is to increase awareness among young women about issues and problems that affect women, as well as to keep them up to date on the status of women's rights and benefits under legislation. The event was attended by a large number of students and faculty of MSU Main NSTP.
