Taking a quick look back at the Civil Service Commission Supervisory Development Course III.

This training was more than just compliance; it was about sharpening our leadership skills, mastering effective communication, and learning the true art of coaching and mentoring. Who knew stepping up as a supervisor would require so much coffee, teamwork, and learning how to deliver "powerful presentations"?

Alhamdulillah. From R-L: Abulkhair M. Alibasa of the City Community Affairs Office-Marawi, MILG-LDS Provincial Director Datu Cader D. Indar Jr., then City Engineer Jamel Gandamra, Dr. Dino Mapandi of City Health Office, Prof. Aslani Montila of CSOs and City GSO Prof. Mohamad Gondarangin.

Grateful for the lessons that continue to help us lead, inspire, and serve better every day.

EARLIER: City General Services Office (CGSO) of the City Government of Marawi has intensified its routine street sweeping and waste collection operations to maintain pristine, clutter-free public roads and ensure a healthy community environment.

Focus of these daily cleanliness drives is the preservation of wide, clear sidewalks for the city's active residents. By systematically removing silt, scattered debris, and loose gravel from the curbsides, the CGSO ensures a smooth, hazard-free surface for early morning joggers, runners, and walkers. Keeping these paths clean minimizes slipping risks and allows fitness enthusiasts to exercise safely without being forced onto the active vehicle lanes.

The CGSO continues to deploy dedicated sanitation crews during the early hours of the day to complete major sweeping before peak pedestrian traffic begins.

We remind the public to use designated bins to keep these shared recreational corridors clean and welcoming for everyone. Thank you.

Vice Mayor Gandamra Spearheads Monday Flag Ceremony and assures LGU Employees and vows hardline stance against illegal establishments to protect Marawi Constituents especially the Youth

City Vice Mayor Atty. Majul Usman Gandamra led today's ceremony and delivered a strong message to city government employees and residents regarding the city's strict crackdown on illegal establishments, gambling dens, videoke hubs, and other venues that compromise the safety of the people of Marawi especially the morality of the youth.

The Vice Mayor reaffirmed his administration's unwavering stance on protecting the younger generation from negative influences, emphasizing that law enforcement and moral integrity must go hand in hand.

Furthermore, Vice Mayor Gandamra extended his full support to the local government unit (LGU) workforce, assuring all city employees—including frontline personnel like traffic enforcers—that they can fully rely on his office for welfare and protection, provided they are performing their duties within the bounds of law and exercising their legal mandates.
