REQUESTS FOR DIGITAL VACCINATION CERTIFICATES THROUGH VAXCERTPH
The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) advises the public particularly Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) to request their digital vaccination certificates through VaxCertPH portal at least two (2) weeks prior to their scheduled travel date.
The VaxCertPH Contact Center had noted the increase on the requests of OFWs for vaccination certificates hence they are enjoined to submit their requests earlier to allow enough time to address and resolve concerns particularly on coordinating with local government units in uploading missing or incorrect information.
The VaxCertPH is a free, self-service portal that is accessible through http://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph and can generate vaccination certificates for individuals who were inoculated in the Philippines, and that it becomes a need, based on the requirement of the traveler’s country of destination or when our OFWs return to the country.

Note: Kung adunay mo'y issue nga na-encounter pag request sa inyong VAXCERT sa vaxcert.doh.gov.ph, pwede ra ninyo gamiton as alternative document for the meantime ang inyong LGU-issued Vaccination Card as requirement sa inyong domestic trip.
