We are committed to ensuring strong cooperation among officers and committees, creating a system where everyone actively contributes and fulfills their roles for the betterment of the CFES community. To uphold this, we will conduct end-of-semester evaluations to assess the performance and participation of each officer and committee. This ensures that leadership remains transparent, responsible, and effective.

Any act that causes harmโwhether through words, physical actions, emotional distress, or any form that affects the well-being of individuals, the community, or even wildlifeโwill be recognized as a violation of our principles and policies. These violations will be addressed through appropriate actions guided by formal resolutions and documented procedures, ensuring that every step remains transparent to the student body. Individuals found responsible will face corresponding consequences in accordance with established organizational rules and, when necessary, applicable legal policies and regulations.
In this way, we uphold accountability while building trust, integrity, and responsible governance within the community.
This is not a punishment, but as a way to grow, reflect, and give back to the community.
Because for us, leadership means serving with integrity, improving with humility, and growing together as one community. ๐ฑ๐
